A mix blend of sour ipa and berliner-weisse with blackcurrants, aged 2 years in mixed culture oak wood barrels to create unique experience and layers of flavor. Slightly acidic yet fruity aroma gives the beer very unique outlook for the upcoming flavor. The palate brings a company of fruity tartness, balanced by slight acidity and strong oak character. The finish is packed with lingering sourness combined with sweetness, which is held together by the dryness of wooden oak barrel.
